Purpose of the role

As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our brands campaigns.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Strong conceptual ability
  • Execute top quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards
  • Manage projects through the whole creative process from concept, art direction and design to production
  • Present ideas and concepts articulately and confidently
  • Communicate effectively across all levels both internal and external
  • Support in driving a high performance culture through efficiency, quick turnaround
  • Understand the ever changing consumer landscape
  • Keep abreast of advertising trends in accordance with industry best practice

Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience/Skill:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Art Direction or Graphic Design
  • Proficient on Office 365 i.e. MS Teams/Word/PowerPoint etc.
  • Proficient in Design software and tools i.e. Adobe Creative Suite
  • Minimum 4 years experience as an Art Director in an Advertising Agency
  • TTL experience is essential
  • Well versed in Digital
  • A good command of the English language
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong multitasking skills (ability to work across multiple projects at any given time)
  • An online portfolio showcasing TTL work
